My name is Hayley-Louise Portman, a photographer based in Derby, UK.
Currently pursuing my Master’s degree at the University of Derby, my research explores how food photography can be made more accessible to neurodivergent individuals—an interest that began during my Bachelor’s degree at Leeds Arts University.
My work extends beyond food photography, with past projects focusing on the LGBTQ+ community, highlighting the diversity and unique stories within it.
Alongside my academic research, I also take on freelance photography projects, producing vibrant, impactful imagery across various creative fields.
